Work up a sweat
by spinning to the "oldies" on Johnny
G. Spinner bikes. Even though it
is not an exclusive TBC bike event, a lot of those attending are members
of the bike club. Some have been spinning regularly at Apple
Fitness Center for several years.
It is an intensive hour long workout followed by floor exercises.
Some new timers only last about 10 minutes, and we never see them again!
If you can make it to your third class it starts to become easier, and
you just might get hooked on spinning. They will usually let you
try it out and spin free your first visit. Wear bike shorts and bring a water bottle. You will
need it.
Some also attend Spin Classes at Premier Fitness, 360 Fitness, and Woodcreek.
